THE BELLY GUIDE · HEALTHY PASTA

Is pasta healthy?

Pasta can be part of a balanced meal. What matters is the full bowl: the pasta you choose, how much you serve, and what you cook with it.

01 · START WITH THE PASTA

Read the pack.

Compare products using the same dry weight and serving basis. Look at protein and fibre alongside energy, carbohydrate, salt and the ingredient list rather than judging a food by one number.

02 · BUILD THE BOWL

Add colour and substance.

Vegetables, beans, fish, eggs, dairy or plant proteins can turn pasta into a satisfying meal. Sauces made with tomatoes, herbs, vegetables and olive oil bring flavour without making dinner fussy.

03 · MAKE IT YOURS

Portion for your appetite.

There is no single ideal bowl for everyone. Use the pack guidance as a starting point and adjust for appetite, activity, age and the rest of the meal.

PASTA AND PROTEIN

What makes BELLY different?

BELLY combines durum wheat semolina with lupini bean flour, vital wheat gluten and oat fibre. It is high-protein pasta designed for a familiar pasta bite. BELLY contains wheat, gluten and lupin, so it is not suitable for a gluten-free diet.

Always use the current pack for nutrition, allergen and cooking information. If you have individual dietary or medical needs, ask a qualified health professional for advice.
