When you interact with the BELLY website and order our pantry goods, we collect the following categories of personal information:
Contact & Identity Data: Your name, billing address, delivery shipping address, email address, and phone number.
Order & Transaction Data: Products, order history and subscription details are processed through Shopify. Payment details are collected by the secure checkout provider; this storefront does not store card numbers.
Account Credentials: Customer sign-in and account information are handled by Shopify. This storefront does not collect passwords or store customer access tokens.
Enquiry Data: The information you choose to include in a message to our team is saved privately with Netlify and synchronized to Shopify customer notes for our team to review. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to newsletters.
Newsletter & Restock Requests: We securely save your email and selected pasta interests with our hosting provider, Netlify, and sync them to Shopify for list management. A restock request does not subscribe you to general marketing unless you separately choose it. Contact hello@bellygoods.com to withdraw a restock request. We keep anonymous counts of Add to bag clicks and signup attempts, successes and failures. Click records contain only the selected shape, event type, a random event identifier and time; they do not contain email addresses, IP addresses or tracking cookies.
Device & Usage Data: Hosting providers may process IP addresses and technical logs to deliver and secure the website. Your bag is saved in local storage in your browser. With analytics permission, Shopify receives page-view events and uses its visitor and session identifiers to report visits. We remove URL query strings and fragments from those events. You can change your choice using Manage cookie preferences on the Cookie Settings page.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data for genuine culinary and commercial purposes:
Fulfilling Orders: Processing your cart, preparing shipments, dispatching courier deliveries, and sending tracking notices.
