These Purchase & Sale Terms ("Sales Terms") govern all orders, purchases, and subscriptions placed on bellygoods.com for goods sold by Belly Savoury Foods Ltd ("BELLY", "we", "our"). By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Products & Culinary Quality
Product availability, pack sizes, ingredients and allergens are listed on product pages and packaging. Please check the pack before use.
Product images show the range and serving inspiration. Products marked unavailable cannot be ordered.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the store are inclusive of applicable VAT or sales tax unless expressly stated otherwise.
This storefront displays prices in GBP.
Payments are processed through Shopify checkout when live ordering is enabled. A demonstration checkout does not place an order or collect payment.
3. Subscriptions & Automatic Replenishment
The currently available subscription plan delivers monthly. The recurring amount, frequency and terms are shown before you confirm your subscription.
Recurring Billing: Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each renewal billing cycle.
Use the management link in your subscription confirmation email to review the available changes to your subscription. Contact hello@bellygoods.com if you need help before your next renewal.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Free Thresholds
Available delivery destinations, charges and estimated timings are confirmed at checkout.
Any applicable duties or import charges are explained during the checkout process.
Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. BELLY is not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
5. Food Safety, Returns & Refund Policy
Contact hello@bellygoods.com for returns or refund enquiries. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact hello@bellygoods.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.
