Purchase & Sale Terms

These Purchase & Sale Terms ("Sales Terms") govern all orders, purchases, and subscriptions placed on bellygoods.com for goods sold by Belly Savoury Foods Ltd ("BELLY", "we", "our"). By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Products & Culinary Quality

BELLY produces premium food staples, including bronze-cut Lupini Penne, heritage Cannellini Beans, and associated merchandise. We strive to display product weights, nutrition information (20g plant protein, 18g fibre per serving), and ingredients accurately.

All pasta batches are produced and packaged in protective, recyclable materials to ensure maximum freshness and shelf stability.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices displayed on the store are inclusive of applicable VAT or sales tax unless expressly stated otherwise.
• We support multiple currencies (GBP £, USD $, EUR €, CAD $) based on your shipping destination.
• Payments are processed securely at checkout via Stripe or Shopify. Your card will be debited upon order confirmation.

3. Subscriptions & Automatic Replenishment

We offer subscription replenishment plans (e.g. 12-pack delivered every 4, 6, or 8 weeks) with recurring discounts:

• Recurring Billing: Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each renewal billing cycle.
• Flexibility & Cancellation: You can pause, skip a delivery, adjust quantities, or cancel your subscription at any time without fees prior to order dispatch by logging into your Account Portal or contacting hello@bellygoods.com.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Free Thresholds

• UK Delivery: Standard courier delivery takes 2–4 business days. Orders over £40 qualify for FREE standard delivery.
• International Shipping: We ship to selected international destinations. Customs fees, duties, or import taxes levied by the recipient's country are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. BELLY is not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

5. Food Safety, Returns & Refund Policy

As our products are perishable food items, standard statutory return rules apply with food-safety hygiene exemptions:

• Damaged in Transit: If your pasta boxes or bean cans arrive damaged, crushed, or compromised, notify us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bellygoods.com with a photo, and we will issue an immediate replacement or full refund.
• The Taste Guarantee: If you are genuinely unsatisfied with your first BELLY order, reach out to our kitchen team within 14 days and we will do everything possible to make it right.
• Unopened Non-Food Merch: Apparel and kitchen accessories may be returned within 14 days of receipt in brand new, unworn condition.
