BELLY, at a glance

BELLY is a pasta brand with a journal and recipe collection. All shapes are currently sold out; the storefront collects product-specific restock registrations and does not take orders or payments.

Our product facts below use the Pol-Mak specifications identified by BELLY’s owner for Penne and Fusilli. They are supplier-declared figures, not independent BELLY laboratory results. Tagliatelle’s exact supplier specification remains unverified and is excluded.

Product facts, with the denominator attached

Source pages checked 18 October 2026. Figures below are per 100 g dry pasta. They do not describe 100 g cooked pasta or a finished meal.

Ingredients in those specifications: durum wheat flour, lupin flour, oat fibre and vital wheat gluten. Contains wheat (gluten) and lupin; check current packaging for full allergen and cross-contact information.

What does “15 g protein” actually cover?

For a 75 g dry portion of either verified shape, the arithmetic is 20 × 75 ÷ 100 = 15 g protein from the pasta alone. That is a calculated portion example, not a measured meal total or a universal serving recommendation. Cooking changes the weight through water absorption; sauces and toppings add their own nutrients.

For portion calculations, use our pasta nutrition and carbohydrate guide. For the full supplier panel, see the Penne product page.

How we produce our articles

BELLY Editorial is the brand’s editorial byline, not an independent nutrition expert. Our content is AI-assisted. We check factual claims against named sources, separate practical suggestions from measured results, and retain publication and substantive update dates.

Recipes are original editorial developments and are not kitchen-tested unless explicitly stated. Generated images are labelled illustrations: they are not photographs of a tested dish. We do not claim clinical expertise, measured consumer preferences or independent taste-test results.

Supplier specifications support product facts. Official food-safety guidance supports storage advice. A link to a source is not an endorsement of BELLY by that source.
